About You

Have a genuine passion for technology and enjoy working with computers
n
Show strong written and verbal communication skills
n
Can obtain and maintain a National Police Clearance
n
Are an Australian Citizen
n

Your Duties
n
n




Help staff with day-to-day IT issues at their desk or on site
n
Fix basic computer, hardware, software, and connection problems
n
Set up, move, and change IT equipment such as computers and monitors
n
Support users with their IT needs and answer questions in a friendly way
n
Scan and update records for IT equipment and assetsMake sure IT systems at desks are working properly
n
Full-time paid traineeship, earn while you learn (with no HECS debt)

Gain a nationally recognised Certificate IV in Information Technology
