Job Description
Hornsby Shire Council is seeking a proactive Building Certifier with robust organisational skills to manage building certification, fire safety, land-use planning and related regulatory duties. You will apply the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act and NSW legislation to deliver certification outcomes within the Council's framework.

The role requires NSW Building Commission registration eligibility, relevant experience, and a valid NSW Driver's Licence.
