Job Description
n
We require an Experienced Cook for our Cafe located at East Maitland Bowling Club. This is a Casual or Permanent Part-Time position for the 3pm to 9pm shift Thursday to Monday
The day to day responsibilities and duties of the role include: n
n
Preparing and cooking a variety of cafe-style meals
n
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe kitchen environment
n
Communicating with the front of house staff to effectively work as a team
n
Complying with all food health & safety requirements
n
The skills and experience required for the position include: n
n
Minimum 3 years experience as a Cook
n
Must be able to work on weekends
n
Must be a robust team player and able to work in busy environment.
n
Experience serving functions is desirable but not essential
n
