About the Role n
As an Educator, you will:
n
n
Build warm, respectful and responsive relationships with children.
n
Support children's learning, development and wellbeing through play-based experiences.
n
Plan and implement engaging learning experiences based on children's interests, strengths and individual needs.
n
Observe, document and reflect on children's learning and development.
n
Contribute to the planning cycle and ongoing program development.
n
Work collaboratively with room leaders, educators and the wider team.
n
Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming learning environment.
n
Develop positive and respectful relationships with families.
n
Follow centre policies, procedures and child-safe practices.




n
Support children's routines, including meals, sleep/rest, hygiene and transitions.
n
Contribute to a positive team culture and continuous improvement.
n

Has a genuine passion for working with young children.

Is caring, patient, reliable and enthusiastic.

Has good communication and teamwork skills.

Is committed to children's safety, wellbeing and learning.
n
Can work positively as part of a team.

Has a sound understanding of the
EYLF and National Quality Framework
.
n
Holds, or is working towards, an approved Early Childhood qualification.
n
Holds a current
Working with Children Check
.
n
Is committed to ongoing professional learning and development.
