Personal Care Workers
to join our team at the
St Pauls
Residential Facility on a
casual
basis.

About Your Role n
n
Deliver high-quality personal care and support with daily tasks
n
Assist residents with hygiene, mobility, and repositioning
n
Monitor health and wellbeing, reporting any changes to clinical staff
n
Follow individual care plans and maintain accurate documentation
n




Promote dignity, respect, and independence for each older person in your care
n
What You'll Bring n
Essential:
n
n
Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent qualification
n
Sound understanding of aged care standards and person-centred care principles
n
Compassionate, respectful, and dependable nature
n
Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
n
n
Desirable:
n
n
Previous experience in a residential aged care setting
n
Italian language skills (advantageous, though not essential)
