About the Role
n
As a qualified Greenkeeping Team Leader, you will play a hands-on role in delivering high-quality sports turf management across premium sports facilities throughout the ACT.
n
You will bring strong technical turf knowledge, attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining playing surfaces to an exceptional standard.



Working both independently and as part of a team, you will be responsible for delivering day-to-day turf maintenance, presentation and playing-surface preparation across some of the region's leading sporting venues.

Essential experience and qualifications
n
n
3 years'+ Sport Turf Management / Greenkeeping experience
n
Qualification(s) in Greenkeeping / Sport Turf Management
n
Proven experience working independently across premium sites
n
Proven team leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
n
A professional and positive approach with clients
n
Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
n
Full Driver's License (manual)
n
OHS White Card
n
Willingness to obtain a Working With Children Check, Police Check and a Medical Assessment before starting
n

Key Tasks & Responsibilities
n
n
Advise on and perform high-quality sports turf / greens maintenance services, including spraying and rejuvenation.
n
Supervise and support a small team of staff when required
n
Complete daily site reports and maintain accurate documentation
n
Uphold Greenworx standards for safety, presentation and client service
n
Communicate professionally with clients and site contacts
n
Ensure all garden waste is removed and transferred to authorised waste stations
n
Maintain equipment and vehicles to company standards
n
