Field Merchandiser – Canberra & Illawarra / South Coast region About the Role n
As our Field Merchandiser, you will support the presentation and organisation of Sydney Tools stores across the
Canberra & Illawarra / South Coast region
of New South Wales. Working alongside store teams, you will help maintain merchandising standards, complete display updates, and ensure products are presented correctly and attractively.

This role is ideal for someone who is reliable,



detail-focused, and interested in developing their skills within retail merchandising.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Maintain merchandising standards across allocated store locations
n
Follow planograms and merchandising guidelines
n
Ensure products are correctly displayed, faced up, and easy for customers to find
n
Maintain clean, tidy, and visually appealing displays
n
Assist with promotional displays, seasonal campaigns, and point-of-sale materials
n
Replenish and organise stock on shelves and displays
n
Complete merchandising tasks as directed by the store team
n
Assist with new product displays and store presentation updates
n
About You n
n
Previous retail, merchandising, or customer service experience preferred (training provided)
n
Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
n
Reliable, organised, and willing to learn
n
Positive communication skills and a positive attitude
n
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
n
Interest in building a career within retail merchandising
n
