Due to continued growth
and current client acquisition, they're looking for an experienced
Account Manager
to join their high-performing team.
n
In this role, you'll be the key link between clients and internal creative, design and production teams, ensuring projects are delivered seamlessly from brief through to execution.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Manage end-to-end delivery of print, display and retail marketing projects for key client accounts
n
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor and primary point of contact
n
Translate client briefs into clear project plans and production requirements
n
Coordinate internal teams including graphic design, industrial design and production to ensure successful project delivery
n
Manage campaign workflows and project timelines through the Campaign Management Tool (CMT)
n
Liaise with external agencies, suppliers and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
n
Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues to ensure deadlines are met
n
Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies, reduce costs and enhance sustainability outcomes
n
Support artwork approval processes and oversee production schedules
n
Prepare account reporting, forecasting and performance updates
n

About you: n
You'll bring a combination of strong
client relationship skills
,
commercial awareness
and
project management capability
, along with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional outcomes.
n
n
Previous Account Management experience within print, packaging, retail marketing, creative services or a related industry
n
Solid understanding of print production, finished art and pre-press processes
n
Confidence using Microsoft Office, with exposure to Adobe Creative Suite highly regarded
n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to build client rapport
n
Problem-solver with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
n
Forward thinker with a proactive mindset and a good sense of humour
n
