About the Role n
Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service and assisting patients throughout their optical journey.
n
Your responsibilities may include:




n

Assisting customers with frame selection and eyewear styling
n
n
Dispensing and fitting spectacles
n
n
Taking measurements and ensuring accurate frame fitting
n
n
Adjustments, repairs and general eyewear maintenance
n
n
Assisting with frame and lens selection
n
n
Providing friendly, professional patient care
n
n
Processing orders and liaising with laboratories and suppliers
n
n
Maintaining the presentation of the practice
n
n
General optical reception and administration duties
n
About You n
We are looking for someone who is:

Previous optical dispensing or optical assistant experience is preferred
, however, we are happy to consider the right person with a strong customer service background and a willingness to learn.
The Hours n
Flexible hours available – Monday to Friday only.
