Eagles Gym Punchbowl is seeking a committed, energetic and results-driven Gym Manager/Sales Consultant to manage our busy evening operations and help grow our membership base. This is a hands-on position for someone who can confidently manage the gym, build strong relationships with members and convert enquiries into new memberships.
Key responsibilities n
n
Manage the gym during evening operating hours
n
Welcome members and provide excellent customer service
n
Respond to membership enquiries and conduct gym tours
n
Follow up leads and convert enquiries into memberships
n
Work towards membership and sales targets
n
Build positive relationships with current and existing members
n
Assist with member retention and engagement
n
Ensure the gym remains clean, organised and professionally presented
n
Handle general reception, administration and daily operational duties
n
Promote personal training and other gym services
n
About you n
n




Previous experience in gym management, fitness sales, personal training or a similar role is preferred
n
Strong sales ability and confidence speaking with prospective members
n
Excellent communication and customer-service skills
n
Reliable, professional and highly committed
n
Self-motivated and comfortable working towards targets
n
Able to manage responsibilities independently
n
A genuine interest in health, fitness and helping people
n
Available to work Monday to Friday from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm
