We're currently looking for a
Digital Performance Marketing Manager
to join our Marketing & Customer Experience team for a
12-month fixed term contract
.
What is the Role? n
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for driving profitable growth in traffic, customer acquisition and revenue contribution through data-led performance marketing strategies across Early Settler's digital channels.
n
Reporting to our
Head of E-Commerce
, you'll take the lead on our paid and performance media strategy across paid search, paid social, display, affiliates and emerging channels.
n
You will:
n
n
Own the planning, execution and optimisation of performance marketing campaigns across AU & NZ
n
Manage media investment with a clear focus on ROAS (revenue generated from advertising spend), acquisition efficiency and commercial outcomes
n
Lead acquisition, retargeting and full-funnel campaigns aligned to trading and seasonal priorities
n
Partner closely with Ecommerce, Brand, CRM, Retail and Category teams to turn insights into action
n
Use data, testing and experimentation to continually improve channel and campaign performance
n
Manage agency partners and digital platforms, keeping performance and accountability front and centre
n
Bring clarity to reporting, attribution, forecasting and performance insights
n
Identify recent opportunities, channels, tools and ways of working that can accelerate digital growth

Who we are looking for? n
We are looking for a digital performance marketer who enjoys being close to the numbers but knows that great performance marketing is about more than dashboards and ROAS.
n
You'll bring:
n
n
5–7 years' experience in digital marketing or performance media, ideally across retail, ecommerce, agency or omnichannel environments
n
Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns and delivering measurable commercial outcomes
n
Strong knowledge of paid search, paid social, display and broader digital performance channels
n
Experience interpreting data, analysing ROI and turning insights into clear recommendations
n
Strong stakeholder and project management skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and priorities
n
Experience managing agency partners and driving accountability
n
Strong SEO and ecommerce knowledge
n
Experience with platforms such as Shopify Plus or equivalent, GA4, SA360, Meta Ads, Lexer and Searchspring
n
Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Klaviyo, Emarsys or Dot Digital
n
A curious, commercial mindset and a genuine interest in testing, learning and finding better ways to do things
