Quest Notting Hill has an exciting opportunity available for a passionate, customer service driven hospitality skilled to join our vibrant and friendly Front Office team as a Guest Services Agent.
n
Ideally you will have experience in a Guest Services or Hotel Reception role . Working for Quest Notting Hill will expose you to all aspects of the business including Guest Services, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Yield Management and General Administration.
The Role: n
You will be responsible for all areas of Front Office Receptiontasks including but not limited to:
n
n
Servicing the queries and needs of our in house guests
n
Responding to accommodation enquiries & processing reservations
n
Welcoming guests to the property and performing check-ins & check-out procedures
n
Maintaining accurate guest accounts & guest history
n
Delivering a high level of professional customer service
n
Ensuring all aspects of front office/reception run smoothly
n
Promoting the business to achieve sales targets
n
Opening Reception (AM Shift) and Closing Reception (PM Shift)
n
General day to day office and administrative duties.
n
We are searching for an individual who: n
n




Has experience within the accommodation industry and understands hotel reservation systems
n
Demonstrates the ability to multi task in a fast pacedwork environment.
n
Is comfortable in a service environment and has face to face customer service experience
n
Has exceptional communication (written and oral) and sound I.T skills (Microsoft products)
n
Has a friendly personality with ambition to success and a passion to the hospitality industry
n
Is enthusiastic and reliable with a professional work ethic.
n
Is willing to work alone as well as part of a small team.
n
Has independent transport. (car parking provided)
n
Displays a passion for excellent customer service.
n
n
This is a full time requiring applicants to have the flexibility to work rostered shifts includingdays, nights, weekends and public holidays. In addition, applicants must be immaculately presented (uniform provided).
