Key Responsibilities
Service, repair and maintain Canon multifunction printers and photocopiers
Install and commission new office technology equipment at customer sites
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues
Configure print drivers, scan-to-email and document workflow solutions
Perform preventative maintenance to maximise equipment reliability
Provide technical support and training to customers
Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Manage parts usage and service stock effectively
Assist with equipment deployments, upgrades and technology rollouts
Build and maintain positive customer relationships through exceptional service
