Recruitment Consultant
to help us attract, identify, interview, and onboard exceptional talent across a wide range of business and technology disciplines.

About The Role n
As our Recruitment Consultant, you will work closely with company leadership and department managers to manage the end-to-end recruitment process across a variety of roles, including:

You will play a key role in helping us build a world-class team that supports our ambitious growth plans.
Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition n
n
Develop and execute recruitment strategies across multiple business functions
n




Create compelling job advertisements and candidate outreach campaigns
n
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Seek, referrals, networking, and other channels
n
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
n
Candidate Screening & Assessment n
n
Conduct phone screenings and first-round interviews
n
Assess technical and non-technical competencies
n
Evaluate cultural fit and long-term potential
n
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and leadership
n
Recruitment Operations n
n
Manage recruitment pipelines and applicant tracking systems
n
Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications
n
Prepare candidate summaries and hiring recommendations
n
Conduct reference checks and employment verification
n
Onboarding & Employer Branding n
n
Assist with onboarding and induction processes
n
Help improve candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
n
Contribute to employer branding initiatives
n
Support employee engagement and retention activities
n
What We're Looking For n
n
3+ years experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR
n
Experience recruiting both technical and non-technical roles
n
Robust interviewing and candidate assessment skills
n




Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
n
Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
n
Professional and confident approach when dealing with candidates and executives
n
Highly Regarded n
n
Experience recruiting within software development, SaaS, technology, digital agencies, or startups
n
Understanding of software development roles and technology stacks
n
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing tools
n
Experience building recruitment processes and talent pipelines
n
HR or recruitment qualifications
n
