Your Role and Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the complex daily and weekly care schedules for clients and caregivers.
Proactively address scheduling changes, call-outs, and emergencies with speed and empathy.
Ensure all scheduling meets client needs, staff availability, and compliance requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within our scheduling system.
Act as a key communicator between clients, caregivers, and management.

Nurse Next Door Newcastle Office
Hours:
Part-time hours, including a rotating roster covering
afternoons and holiday coverage
Specific shift times will be discussed during the interview.
