Senior Analyst - Data & Performance

This role will suit an experienced analyst with a strong background in
data analysis, performance reporting and insights
. You'll work with complex datasets to identify trends, improve data quality and provide meaningful insights that support service delivery and organisational decision-making.
Key responsibilities n
n
Extract, analyse and interpret data from internal and external datasets
n
Develop performance reporting and insights to support planning and decision-making
n
Undertake data mining, profiling and analysis to identify trends and emerging issues
n




Develop and improve performance measures, reporting tools and governance processes
n
Identify and address data quality, consistency and usability issues
n
Use data and insights to identify opportunities for process and service improvement
n
Provide analytical advice and evidence-based recommendations to management
n
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders across a complex environment
n
About you n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
Strong experience in
data analysis, performance reporting or insights
n
Demonstrated experience analysing complex datasets and translating findings into meaningful insights
n
Experience developing
performance measures, KPIs and reporting frameworks
n
Strong data mining, profiling and data quality experience
n
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
n
Ability to translate analysis into practical recommendations
n
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
n
Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
n
Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent professional experience
n
n
Experience within
government, human services, housing or another complex service delivery setting
will be highly regarded.
n
