About the Role
n
As part of continued growth within its aged care services, a newly created opportunity is available for an experienced Team Leader, Aged Care to join the team based in Margate.
n
This is a hands on leadership position where you will work closely with frontline employees and clients while supporting day to day service delivery.
n

Lead and support approximately 8 frontline support workers
n
Support a portfolio of approximately 80 to 90 clients
n
Coordinate rosters and manage daily service coverage
n
Complete timecard approvals and workforce administration
n
Coordinate client onboarding and new service commencement
n
Conduct client reviews and ongoing service coordination
n
Respond to client enquiries and resolve service related issues
n
Build strong relationships with clients, families, employees and internal stakeholders
n
Complete client visits and remain visible across field based service delivery
n

About You
n
You will bring:
n
n
Experience within aged care,



community services or NDIS
n
Previous experience leading or coordinating frontline employees
n
Strong understanding of client focused service delivery
n
Experience across rostering, workforce coordination and administration
n
Strong problem solving and organisational skills
n
Confidence handling client enquiries and service delivery issues
n
A practical and approachable leadership style
n
Willingness to work across both office and client environments
n
n
Aged care experience is strongly preferred, although candidates with strong transferable experience from NDIS or community services may also be considered.
