DYNACIV Pty Ltd is seeking Bridge Repair Labour to join our team in Innisfail, Queensland. As a member of our dedicated trades and services crew, you will play a role in maintaining and upgrading critical infrastructure within the local region.
n
This is a casual role with a minimum of 6 months employment.
What you'll be doing n
n
Assisting with the repair and refurbishment of bridges, including surface preparation, painting, and general maintenance tasks
n
Safely operating a variety of hand and power tools to complete job requirements
n
Adhering to all relevant safety protocols and quality standards
n
Collaborating with the broader construction team to ensure efficient and coordinated project delivery
n
Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
n
What we're looking for n
n
Previous experience in a labourer or construction role, preferably with exposure to bridge maintenance or coating work
n
Minimum 6 months of bridge maintenance or coating experience required
n
A minimum of 1-2 years of construction or labouring experience is required
n
Work within the rail industry (preferred but not madatory)
n
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely
n
Good physical fitness and stamina to perform manual tasks for extended periods
n
A positive, team-oriented attitude and a commitment to workplace safety
n




Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
n
Must have Australian work rights
n
Must hold a valid white card certification
n
White card certification can be obtained before start date if not currently held
n
