Job Description
Monash Health is seeking a General Medicine Pharmacist to join our hospital team at Dandenong Hospital on a part time 0.4 EFT fixed-term basis until July ****. You will work with the General Medicine Pharmacy Team Leader and multidisciplinary colleagues to deliver expert clinical pharmacy services.

You will contribute to education, quality improvement and the ongoing development of General Medicine pharmacy practice, with travel to other Monash Health locations as required.
