About the Role
As a Meat Process Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient processing and preparation of high-quality meat products. You may be required to work across various departments depending on your skills, experience, and business needs. n
Key duties may include:

Trimming, cutting, boning, and slicing meat to required specifications
n
Sorting, grading,



and separating different cuts of meat
n
Operating processing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
n
Maintaining strict hygiene and food safety standards
n
Cleaning and sterilising work areas, tools, and equipment
n
Handling and moving carcasses in accordance with workplace procedures
n
Working in environments such as chillers, boning rooms, and slaughter floors
n
Packing, labelling, and preparing products for distribution
n
General labouring and assisting team members where required
n
What We're Looking For

Strong work ethic and reliability

Ability to work in a physically demanding workplace
n

Willingness to follow strict hygiene, safety, and quality procedures
n

Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills

Previous experience in meat processing (highly regarded but not essential)
