The Role n
We are seeking a Full time Practice Manager to lead our established medical centre in Pakenham. This is an exciting prospect for a passionate and driven healthcare leader to oversee daily operations, support a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to the ongoing success of the centre.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, driving team performance, maintaining compliance standards, and delivering outstanding patient experiences. Your Responsibilities n
As the Practice Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and successful operation of the medical centre by:
n

Leading and supporting administrative and clinical support teams
n
Managing staffing, recruitment, onboarding and performance development
n
Driving operational excellence through process improvement initiatives
n
Overseeing budgets, rosters, inventory and centre resources
n
Ensuring compliance with accreditation standards, policies and procedures
n
Promoting a patient-first culture focused on exceptional customer service
n
Building strong relationships with GPs, nurses,



allied health professionals and key stakeholders
n
Monitoring centre performance and implementing strategies to achieve business objectives
n
Collaborating with Regional and National Leaders on key projects and initiatives
n
About You n
n
Previous leadership or management experience, ideally within a healthcare setting
n
Strong people leadership and team development skills
n
Exceptional organisational and time management abilities
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
n
Solid problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
n
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and practice management systems
n
Knowledge of Medicare billing and healthcare compliance requirements (desirable)
n
Qualification in Business Administration or Diploma of Practice Management (preferred)
