Manage production orders, reporting and master data within SAP

Coordinate production trials, process improvements and change management activities

Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to maintain inventory accuracy

Manage production waste, investigate operational issues and support audits

A successful Site Supervisor should have:
n
n
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a related discipline
n
Minimum 7 years' experience within a manufacturing environment
n
Proven experience leading production teams and driving output performance
n
Robust SAP production management experience
n
Sound knowledge of EHS, quality and operational compliance requirements
n
Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
n
High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
n
n
