Duties n

Identify structural defects, compliance issues & safety risks
n
Carry out pre-purchase inspections across Pymble & surrounds
n
Produce clear, actionable inspection reports
n
Inspect subfloors, roof cavities & external roofing areas
n
Provide professional advice to clients
n
Skills & Experience n
n
Demonstrated experience in building and/or pest inspections
n
NSW Builder's Licence
n
Timber Pest certification (CPPUPM**** & CPPUPM****) — or willingness to enrol
n
Solid attention to detail & high-quality reporting skills
n
Police clearance, valid driver's licence & reliable vehicle
n
