We welcome candidates who are new to the disability sector. While a Certificate or relevant qualifications in Disability Services are desirable, comprehensive on-the-job training and support will be provided, including buddy shifts with experienced team members.

To help you get started, you'll receive five days of online and practical workplace training, along with a thorough onsite induction program to ensure you feel confident and supported in your role.
