You'll assess and structure credit for small to mid-sized businesses, focused on commercial transactions such as cashflow lending and asset finance. Partnering closely with the sales and relationship teams, you'll play a key role in delivering smart, tech-driven credit decisions that balance risk, commerciality, and speed.

What You'll Do

Conduct end-to-end credit assessments using financial statements, bank data, and alternative sources.
n
Partner with Relationship Managers and Brokers to structure tailored funding solutions.
n
Analyse financial and non-financial risk to make informed, timely lending decisions. Maintain accuracy and compliance across systems and documentation.

Support ongoing portfolio management and periodic reviews of existing clients. Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying ways to streamline processes and strengthen risk outcomes.

What You'll Bring

Proven background in commercial credit analysis or credit management, ideally with DLA.
n
SME credit decisioningis essential, with exposure to both asset finance and cashflow lending preferred.

Ability to make balanced, pragmatic decisions in a fast-moving environment.
