The Role n
You will support the Store Manager at Joondalup WA on a part time basis with the daily running of the store to deliver outstanding results whilst ensuring an amazing in-store experience for our customers!

We are looking for someone with previous Assistant Store Management or Supervisor experience, who is passionate about people, loves retail and enjoys working in a fast paced workplace.
What you'll do n
n
Support the Store Manager with the day to day running of the store
n
Showcasing leadership behaviours to develop, motivate and inspire the team
n
Deliver an exceptional customer experience
n
Support all elements of store operations including processing transactions, visual merchandising, stock
replenishment/deliveries.
n
Requirements n
n
A minimum of 1 years
management/supervisor
experience
n
Experience in coaching and developing a team
n
Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management
n
Be customer and team focused
n
Have a passion for retail
n
