About the Role n
This role is based around assisting the buyer to complete and execute long- and short-term strategies, assisting stores with a variety of queries and requests, and maintaining data, loading promotions, reporting, managing samples, liaising with suppliers, and assisting with briefing catalogues
n

Providing analytical and administration support to the Buyer.
n




Analysing and managing data using Microsoft Excel and SAP.
n
Assist in the preparation or development of new products.
n
Act as the primary contact for Master Data & ECommerce queries
n
Source & optimise product content for website and other promotional channels
n
Responsible for data updates, integrity & standardisation for buying team
n
Manage promotions in systems
n
Proofing catalogues and providing marketing support
n
About You n
n
Must have strong attention to detail with analytical skills
n
Prior experience within retail will be advantageous
n
Strong Excel skills and enjoy working with data
n
Team player with excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask
n
Previous experience with SAP would be ideal
n
Work well within a fast-paced environment and be adaptive to changes
