Job Description
Bupa Medical Carlton in NSW seeks an Assistant Practice Manager to support clinicians and the practice manager. This fixed-term role covers 38 hours per week, Mon-Fri, with scope to flex hours and potential for extension or permanency.

You will oversee front desk operations, recruitment, rostering, team performance reviews and financial oversight, coach staff to hit KPIs, and drive patient experience improvements in a busy GP practice.
