Job Description
Flavorite is Australia's largest glasshouse producer of fresh, premium produce, seeking a Production Supervisor to coordinate the packing function and lead a multi‐disciplinary team on site in NSW. Your role will ensure secure, timely, and quality‐assured order deliveries while driving continuous improvement and efficiency.

You will manage Labour, monitor productivity, and report on performance, with a focus on training, development, and maintaining a high‐performing, safety‐mocused culture.
