I'm partnering with an established premium Australian fashion brand to find an impressive
Cluster Manager
to lead its South Australian retail portfolio.
n
This is an opportunity for a commercially minded, people-focused retail leader who knows how to get the best out of their teams, understands premium customer experience and wants genuine ownership across a group of high-profile boutiques.
n
You may already be operating as a Cluster, Area or State Manager — or you could be an exceptional senior Store Manager who has had exposure to multiple locations and is ready to take that next step.
n
The chance Leading a portfolio of
three South Australian boutiques
, you'll be responsible for driving performance across your stores while developing strong, accountable and engaged teams.
n You'll work closely with the wider retail leadership team and have the autonomy to make an impact within the SA market.
n Your focus will include:

Leading, coaching and developing Store Managers and their teams
n
Driving sales, KPIs and commercial performance across your portfolio
n
Creating consistency in service and premium customer experience
n
Identifying opportunities within individual stores and taking action
n
Building succession plans and developing future retail leaders
n




Maintaining robust operational and visual standards
n
Understanding your customer, your market and what makes each location perform
n
Being visible in your stores and leading from the floor when needed
n
n
Who I'm looking for I'm interested in speaking with leaders from
premium fashion, lifestyle, beauty, accessories or other high-service retail environments

You'll ideally bring strong retail management experience, commercial confidence and a genuine ability to lead through people.
n You don't need to tick every traditional box.
n
