As the business continues to expand, an opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Coordinator to join the team and work alongside an experienced and well-respected Marketing Director.

About the Role
n
No two days are the same.
n
You'll be involved in bringing residential developments to market—from coordinating campaign launches and digital marketing through to events, content, creative agencies, reporting and everything in between.
n
Working closely with internal stakeholders, sales teams and external partners, you'll help ensure every campaign is executed to a high standard while continually looking for ways to improve performance and customer engagement.

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Coordinate marketing campaigns across a portfolio of residential developments.
n
Work with creative, media and digital agencies to deliver outstanding campaigns.
n
Help bring project launches, events and customer experiences to life.
n




Create and coordinate content across digital, social, PR, EDMs and project marketing collateral.
n
Monitor campaign performance, customer enquiries and marketing activity to help drive smarter decisions.
n
Assist with project marketing budgets and campaign administration.
n

About You
n
You'll ideally bring:
n
n
Around 3+ years' marketing experience.
n
Exposure to property development, real estate or project marketing is highly regarded.
n
Experience across digital marketing, social media and campaign coordination.
n
Robust communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.
n
A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
n
Marketing qualifications and experience with CRM platforms, Google Analytics or Adobe Creative Suite will be viewed favourably.
