We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Café Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of our café in Windsor. This is a genuine management position for someone who understands café operations, can confidently lead a team and is passionate about providing excellent food, coffee and customer service.
Key responsibilities n
Manage the day-to-day operation of the café
n
Lead, supervise and motivate front-of-house staff
n
Recruit, onboard and train team members
n
Oversee opening and closing procedures
n
Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
n
Manage stock levels, ordering and supplier relationships
n
Monitor wastage and assist with cost control
n
Oversee POS, cash handling and daily reconciliations
n
Maintain high presentation, cleanliness and service standards
About you n
Minimum 3 years' café,



restaurant or hospitality management experience
n
Strong leadership and people-management skills
n
Good understanding of coffee and café operations
n
Experience with rostering, ordering and stock control
n
Excellent communication and customer-service skills
n
Reliable, organised and able to problem-solve under pressure
n
Hands-on approach — willing to assist the team during busy service
n
Availability to work weekends and public holidays when required
n
