Mane Consulting are representing a Sydney-based iGaming studio in their search for an experienced, Senior Game Designer - Online Slots, to design a range of innovative new game titles for international audiences. With an outstanding reputation globally, the studio sits within one of the world's leading providers of cross-platform casino gaming services.
About the Chance n
This is an exciting opportunity for somebody with existing experience in the design of slot and casino games to further their career as part of a highly talented and collaborative team. Utilising your knowledge of probability-based mathematics, software engineering and player behaviours, you will be responsible for the conceptual design and functional development of a number of new slot gaming titles. This is a hybrid, Sydney-based opportunity - though remote candidates within Australia may also be considered.
Responsibilities n

Design and develop immersive slot game titles for international audiences
n




Utilize mathematical skills to drive strategic and analytical aspects of game design
n
Collaborate with a talented team of designers in a collaborative environment
n
Keep up-to-date with industry trends / player behaviours and incorporate these findings within the game design process
n
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers
n
Participate in testing and quality assurance to maintain game integrity
n
About You n
n
Education:
Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or a related field
n
Experience:
3+ years in building slot gaming titles and their corresponding mathematical models, preferably in iGaming environments
n
Skills:
Proven track record in designing successful games; strong analytical and strategic thinking
n
Traits:
Committed, innovative, and a team player
n
Communication:
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
