HOBAN Recruitment is currently seeking experienced HVAC Technicians to join a busy and professional service team operating across Canberra.
n
This role is ideal for technicians with strong fault-finding abilities, exceptional customer service skills, and experience working across a variety of air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Service, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
n
Diagnose and troubleshoot faults across multiple brands
n
Carry out preventative maintenance activities
n
Ensure compliance with safety and industry regulations
n
Provide high-quality customer service and technical advice
n
Current ARC Licence
n
Solid diagnostic and fault-finding skills
n
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability
n
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented approach
n
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
n
Essential Requirements n
n
Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Licence
n
Current ARC Licence
n
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
n




Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability

Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented approach
n
Strong customer service skills
n
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
