Drive performance, engagement, succession and leadership development initiatives
Lead strategic change and transformation projects
Manage complex
Employee Relations & Industrial Relations
matters
Support
Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA)
negotiations
Provide HR guidance across employee lifecycle, policies and compliance
Coach senior leaders and build leadership capability
Use people analytics and HR data to support business decisions
Drive continuous improvement across HR processes and initiatives
14+ years of progressive HR experience




3+ years in a strategic HRBP / Senior HR Partner role
Robust knowledge of
Australian employment legislation
Hands-on
Industrial Relations (IR)
experience
EBA / Enterprise Bargaining experience is essential
Experience handling complex ER matters
Experience supporting
blue-collar / operational workforces
Strong stakeholder management with senior leadership
Experience in
airport, logistics, manufacturing, engineering, automation, transport or other operational environments
will be highly relevant.
