Job Description
RISE Ventures is seeking a RAES Business Manager to provide strategic leadership for delivering employment services in Far North Queensland. Based in Pormpuraww, you will lead governance, financial management, and stakeholder engagement with participants, employers and government partners to meet funding agreements and KPIs.

You will recruit and mentor staff, deliver culturally secure programs, and strengthen local employment opportunities while ensuring safety and wellbeing across teams.
