Generation Care & Therapy Connect – part of Humanity Health Group in North Brisbane seeks an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) to serve aged care and NDIS clients. You will deliver evidence-based nutrition assessments, create practical dietary plans and offer ongoing support to clients and their families.
You'll work within a multidisciplinary team, maintain accurate documentation and adapt to a diverse caseload across community settings.
