reliable, motivated and hard-working Roofing Crew Assistant
to join our team across Ballarat and Geelong.
n
This is a outstanding opportunity for someone who wants to get into the roofing industry, learn from experienced roof plumbers and potentially build a long-term career in the trade.
n
This is much more than just a labouring role.
n
You'll be working alongside experienced roofing crews on quality residential projects and getting genuine hands‐on experience across roof plumbing, Colorbond roofing and wall cladding.
What you'll be doing n
n
Assisting experienced roof plumbers on residential projects
n
Loading, unloading and moving roofing materials
n
Preparing tools and materials for the crew
n
Assisting with Colorbond roofing and wall cladding
n
Keeping work areas clean, safe and organised
n
Helping the crew keep projects running efficiently
n




Learning roofing skills and industry practices on the job
n
What we're looking for n

A great attitude and willingness to learn

Reliable and punctual
n
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
n
Able to work well as part of a team
n
Comfortable working at heights
n
Construction experience is preferred but
not essential
n
