Our client is seeking an experienced
Program Delivery Analyst / Business Analyst
to support a major transformation program. This is not a traditional requirements-focused BA role; it combines
program governance, delivery coordination, stakeholder engagement and business analysis
with hands‐on use of automation and AI to improve delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Support program governance and coordination across multiple delivery workstreams
n
Own and maintain
RAID registers, actions, decisions, dependencies and governance artefacts
n
Prepare program reporting, governance packs and executive‐level presentations
n
Facilitate workshops and coordinate stakeholders across business, technology and vendor teams
n
Support process mapping, delivery analysis and continuous improvement activities
n
Identify opportunities to
automate manual governance and delivery processes
n
Develop practical solutions using
Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate and SharePoint Online
n
Improve collaboration and delivery visibility through
Teams, Planner and Loop
n
Support business readiness, change impacts and UAT coordination where required
n
Key Requirements n
n




10+ years' experience
across Business Analysis, Program Delivery, Governance, PMO or Transformation
n
Experience supporting
large‐scale technology or transformation programs
n
Strong governance, RAID management, reporting and delivery coordination capability
n
Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
n
Demonstrated experience implementing
automation and process improvements
n
Hands‐on experience with
Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, Teams, Planner and Loop
n
Ability to work across multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast‐paced environment
n
Solid communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders
n
Highly Regarded n
n
Utilities or energy sector experience
n
Experience across major transformation programs
n
Customer Information System or SaaS implementation experience
n
Experience working with system integrators and consulting partners
n
Power BI, change or business readiness experience
n
