About the Role
n
We're looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our team on a full-time basis, (flexible for the right candidate), managing a portfolio across Tamworth and the surrounding region.



We've built our property management operations around clear procedures and modern tools - including Property Me, Taipi and Inspection Express - so our PMs spend less time on admin and more time managing relationships and outcomes for owners and tenants.

Managing a portfolio of residential properties:
n
n
Building and maintaining solid relationships with landlords and tenants
n
Conducting routine inspections and managing maintenance
n
Coordinating repairs and liaising with trades
n
Managing lease renewals, applications and tenancy agreements
n
Handling arrears and tenancy matters
n
Preparing and managing ingoing and outgoing condition reports
n
General portfolio administration and reporting
n
Ensuring properties are managed in accordance with NSW legislation
n
Communicating regularly with property owners and providing exceptional service
n

What We're Looking For

Relevant NSW property management
licence/qualifications
(essential)
n
Proven experience managing a residential property portfolio
n
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
n
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with owners and tenants
n
Comfortable working with property management software and digital tools
n
