We're currently recruiting an experienced
Maintenance Manager
to support an established heavy manufacturing facility in
Wagga Wagga
. This role will oversee maintenance planning, plant reliability, contractor performance, and improvement activities across fixed and mobile plant and equipment.

This is a full time, permanent, day-shift position with an immediate start available.

nRoles and Responsibilities n
n

Plan and coordinate preventative, corrective, and improvement maintenance activities
n
Coordinate and supervise contractors, service providers, and tradespeople
n
Monitor the performance and reliability of fixed and mobile plant and equipment
n
Develop annual maintenance budgets and shutdown plans, and manage their execution
n
Maintain accurate maintenance procedures, schedules, registers, and documentation
n
Support site safety activities, inspections, hazard reporting, and maintenance compliance
n

nSkills and Requirements n
n
n
Mechanical trade qualifications or a degree in Mechanical Engineering will be highly regarded, with graduate engineers considered where they have relevant practical maintenance experience
n
Strong hands-on experience supporting maintenance within heavy manufacturing, industrial production, rail, transport, mining, infrastructure or a similar environment
n
Experience planning and scheduling preventative, corrective and breakdown maintenance
n
Previous experience supervising maintenance activities, tradespeople, contractors or external service providers
n
Familiarity with CMMS platforms and Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Project will be advantageous
n
