hands-on Line Supervisor
to join our busy fruit packing operation.
n
You may come from a
manufacturing, production, FMCG, food processing or automated production environment
and be looking for an prospect to bring your leadership and technical skills into the agricultural and fresh produce industry.

You don't necessarily need previous fruit-packing experience. If you understand production lines, know how to lead a team, enjoy solving problems and have an
interest in machinery, machine operation and line set-up

About the Role n
As Line Supervisor, you will take responsibility for the safe, efficient and productive operation of a fruit packing line.
n
You'll be working closely with your team and management to keep production moving, achieve targets and maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
n
This is a hands-on supervisory role — ideal for someone who enjoys being on the floor, working with people and machinery, rather than sitting behind a desk.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Supervise and coordinate staff across the packing line
n
Set up and prepare packing lines for different products, grades and pack formats
n
Operate, monitor and adjust packing machinery and production lines
n
Ensuring daily production targets are clearly understood and achieved
n
Monitor production rates,



quality and overall line performance
n
Identify and troubleshoot production and equipment issues
n
Work with maintenance and management to minimise downtime
n
Train, support and motivate team members
n
Monitor fruit quality, packing standards and product presentation
n
Ensure food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements are followed
n
Maintain a clean, organised and efficient production environment
n
Your Manufacturing Experience Could Be a Great Fit n
We are particularly interested in people who have worked as:

Production or Line Supervisors
n
Manufacturing Team Leaders
n
Machine Operators with leadership experience
n
FMCG or Food Production Supervisors
n
Packaging or Processing
SupervisorsAutomation
or Production Line Operators
n
n
Fruit packing experience is an advantage, but not essential.
n
If you've previously supervised a manufacturing line, managed production targets, carried out machine changeovers or set-ups, dealt with breakdowns and kept a team operating efficiently, your skills are highly transferable.

Is comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment

Has strong communication and organisational skills
