An opportunity exists within our NSW Contracts Division for a Dispatch Officer. You will receive full training and development across daily allocation and management of our vehicles.

Operating our Sydney Depot location in Kemps Creek we provide client focused transport services, complemented by industry leading technology. The successful applicant of this permanent full-time position will work as part of an energetic team to maintain, improve and grow the service of our current and future customer base.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to: n
n
Allocating work to contractors ensuring service parameters are consistently met
n




Effectively communicating with colleagues and sub-contractors
n
Ensuring that all written and verbal communication with clients, colleagues & sub-contractors is always professional and courteous
n
Ensuring that client expectations are met in terms of time and quality in the delivery of our services
n
Being aware of OH&S; requirements and responsibilities, training will be provided
n
Inbound and outbound customer service/query calls.
n
Processing of client bookings via phone and email.
n
Immediate response to emails concerning delivery updates, proof of delivery requests or any other queries.
n
Providing assistance/ additional information as required to our sub-contractor drivers.
n
To be successful in this role you must demonstrate: n

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Calm and professional telephone manner

Data Entry Skills - Intermediate
n

Reliable and punctual
n

No experience is required as this is a junior role, and full training will be provided to the right candidate.
