Allrounder/ Rigger/ Dogman
to join our team in Orange, NSW.
The Opportunity
This is a
residential-only
chance with potential for a 7:7 or 14:7 roster (project dependent), offering a genuine balance of dynamic underground work and scheduled time off.
Please note: this role does not offer fly-in fly-out or drive-in drive-out arrangements, and applicants must be based in or around Orange, NSW, or willing to relocate at their own expense.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Performing dogging and rigging duties to help plan and carry out safe lifts
Directing crane and plant operators using hand signals and radios
Selecting and checking lifting gear (slings, chains, shackles) before use
Helping with concrete placement and finishing when needed
Building and stripping formwork when needed
Operating small plant and machinery as needed (e.g. skid steer, roller, compactor)




Turning your hand to general labouring and site tasks across different crews
Working closely with crane operators, concreters, carpenters and supervisors
Keeping your work area safe and tidy
What You'll Bring
Solid experience as a Rigger, Dogman or Allrounder on construction, civil or mining sites
Some experience with concrete, formwork and/or operating machinery
Good fitness — the job involves lifting, bending and working outdoors
Being a good team player
A genuine focus on doing things safely
Construction White Card (or willing to get one before you start)
Ability to pass a medical check and police check
A current driver's licence
Nice to have:
Rigging ticket (basic or intermediate)
High Risk Work Licence (other tickets)
Experience operating a range of plant and machinery
