We're looking for an experienced hospitality professional to join our leadership team in an ongoing Full time Supervisory Team Leader position at Elements Eatery in Rosebud.

Lead, support and motivate a team

Maintain strong food & beverage knowledge and high operational standards

Deliver outstanding customer service and genuine hospitality

Lead from the front with a hands-on approach

Uphold commitment to staff and customer excellence

About you n

Minimum 3 years' proven hospitality experience
n
Exceptional barista and coffee skills
n
Proven ability to lead, support and motivate a team
n
Mature, honest, reliable and accountable
n
Excellent communication, initiative and common sense
n
Calm, organised and confident under pressure
n




Own reliable vehicle and current driver's licence
n
Local knowledge and connection to the Mornington Peninsula
n
