Programmed is looking for multiple Chef and Catering Assistants to join a leading Airline catering service based in Mascot, Sydney.
n
Catering Assistant - Make N Pack Department
n
Shift : Afternoon shift 3pm - 11pm, payrate : $40.2 p/h
n
Your duties will include but are not limited to the following:
n
n
Portioning and packaging meals according to specifications.
n
Measuring quantities of food items according to specifications.
n
Ensure all food items are properly handled, stored, and labeled
n
Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
n
n
Requirements:
n
n
Full Australian working rights without hours limit
n
Able to pass drug and alcohol medical check
n
Ability to follow and adhere to processes.
n
Some experience in food preparation and handling.
n
Available to work a 5-day roster (including public holidays, weekends, and morning or afternoon shifts)
n
Able to work in fast paced enviroment
n
n
Shift: Morning shift 7am - 3pm,
Payrate: $***** p/h for AM shift
n
Afternoon shift 2pm -10pm, Payrate: $***** p/h for PM shift
n
n
Your duties include but are not limited to the following:
n




Cook large batches of hot meals using industrial equipment like multi-functional boilers, following strict airline specs and schedules
n
Follow HACCP guidelines, monitor food and fridge temperatures, and keep the work area clean
n
Dish assembling, fruit portioning, cheese cutting, garnish prep
n
Requirement n
n
For Chef role, must have min Certificate III in commercial cookery
n
Require previous knife handling experience in kitchen
n
Able to pass Medical Check
n
Experience in bulk cooking enviroment will be highly regarded
n
Available to work a 5-day roster (including public holidays, weekends, and morning or afternoon shifts).
n
