About The Role n
As a
Cleaning Services Assistant
, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services throughout the home, ensuring all resident rooms, communal areas, and workspaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. You'll work as part of a supportive team to help provide a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
Essential Requirements n
n
Previous experience in cleaning services or a similar support services role.
n
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, safe handling procedures, and infection prevention and control practices.
n
A current National Police Certificate (or the ability to obtain one).
n
Experience in residential aged care, healthcare, hospitality, or a similar environment is highly regarded.
n
n
To be considered for employment with Respect, all candidates must satisfy the legislative requirements of the Aged Care Worker Screening process to ensure suitability to work in the aged care sector.
