Senior Project Manager

Our client is a highly reputable contractor specialising in commercial streetscape, civil landscaping and public domain pavement worksnationally.
n With decades of industry experience, the business has grown significantly and now employs 200+ people, delivering a solid pipeline of high-profile projects.
n
Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced
Senior Project Manager
to take ownership of multiple projects from award through to completion.
n
The Role
n You will be responsible for delivering multiple projects concurrently, with a focus on program, budget, commercial performance, client relationships and project teams.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Managing projects from commencement through to handover
n
Managing project budgets, programs, variations and forecasting
n
Leading project teams and coordinating subcontractors and suppliers
n
Managing client and stakeholder relationships
n
Identifying and managing project risks and commercial opportunities
n
Ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and to a high standard
n
About You
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who brings:n
n
n
5+ years' experience
in project management or managing project teams
n
Demonstrated experience in




civil landscaping, streetscape or pavement construction
n
Proven ability to deliver
multiple projects concurrently
n
Strong
commercial acumen
and financial management skills
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
n
An adaptable, proactive and solutions-focused approach
n
Strong leadership and organisational skills
n
