We are looking for an
experienced Medical Receptionist
with strong customer service and organisational skills to join our busy Practice.
n
This is a casual position with varying hours per week and weekend shifts included, along with additional holiday & sick relief hours at times, the successful candidate must be adaptable with availability.
n
We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly organised, self-motivated person that has the ability to multi-task.
n
Experience in a similar role within general practice preferred.
n
Knowledge in Medicare and Best Practice experience is highly desirable.
You will be responsible for: n
n
Handlingofincoming calls
n
Delivery of premium customer service
n
Booking ofGPand Allied Health appointments
n
Receipting of Medicare, HICAPS& private billings
n
Demonstrated skills include: n
n
Ableto workunder pressure
n
Excellent time management & organisational skills
n
Excellent customer service
n
Friendly and able to work autonomously as well as part of a team
n
n
Immediate start preferred.
