Job Description
The Aboriginal Assistant Manager at Acmena Youth Justice Centre in Grafton is responsible for day-to-day delivery of client services for young people sentenced or on remand, ensuring a secure and secure therapeutic setting in accordance with relevant legislation.

The role leads a multidisciplinary team, overseeing rostering, performance and training, and manages centre programs across counselling, education and health to meet individual case plans and ensure quality outcomes.
